How can I avoid not to see the friends on my contact list, who are my friends, and send a message on Facebook?

    You are in "if the parameter" or you do not choose their profile as a private entity.

    If you right to privacy (on this page, and near the place where you can disconnect) can change their profile settings so that friends can see his profile.

    To end the communication, you can create a person from the same side block, but I do not know whether to block the entire communication. Try it and see.
